2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 888fd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously for the duration of your 888fd account:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the 888fd platform. 888fd strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification is part of the KYC process and 888fd may request proof of age at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdictional Legality: You must confirm that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use 888fd.
4. Personal Account: You must be registering and using an account for your own personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of third parties, and accounts used for commercial advantage are prohibited.
5. Not Previously Excluded: You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from 888fd or any affiliated platform for a violation of these Terms.
6. Mental Capacity: You must not register or use 888fd while suffering from a gambling disorder or any condition that impairs your ability to make informed gambling decisions.

888fd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any funds held in an ineligible account are subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money services on 888fd, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Per Person

888fd permits only one registered account per person. Multiple accounts — whether created intentionally or through registration error — are strictly prohibited. If 888fd identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be confiscated. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 888fd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 888fd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to 888fd support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

888fd accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your account balance is displayed in PKR. 888fd does not guarantee any specific exchange rate for cross-currency transactions and accepts no liability for currency conversion losses where applicable.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

888fd operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme as a compliance obligation. KYC verification is required before 888fd will process any withdrawal request. 888fd may also require KYC verification at registration, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any other time at 888fd's reasonable discretion.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (such as your CNIC, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of the JazzCash or Easypaisa account linked to your 888fd transactions).
• Any additional documentation that 888fd reasonably requires to verify your identity, age, or the source of funds.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

5.1 Deposits

888fd accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period; current limits are displayed in the 888fd cashier. 888fd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active responsible gaming restrictions preventing withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. 888fd targets withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes of approval for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions; bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving bank's standard processing schedule. 888fd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

5.3 Refused and Returned Transactions

888fd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where: (i) the transaction is suspected of being connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity; (ii) the KYC requirements associated with the transaction threshold have not been met; or (iii) the transaction would violate these Terms or applicable law. 888fd will not be liable for any bank charges or exchange rate losses incurred as a result of a refused or reversed transaction.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or longer. 888fd may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the cashier, but will not reduce any account balance below zero as a result of dormancy fees. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly classified as dormant should contact 888fd support.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

888fd offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 888fd bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. • Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Individual promotions may impose a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap, where applicable, will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Players who have opted into self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions are not eligible to receive bonus offers during any exclusion or restriction period.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888fd platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of funds, and may result in reports to relevant authorities:

• Registration of more than one account per person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888fd's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the net deposits held in your account balance at the time of any claim. 888fd shall not be liable for: (i) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses; (ii) loss of profits, winnings, or expected gains; (iii) service interruptions caused by events outside 888fd's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events; or (iv) losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

The 888fd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 888fd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

12. Suspension and Termination

888fd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where: (i) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (ii) required by law, regulation, or the direction of a competent authority; (iii) fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected; or (iv) continued operation of the account would pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Upon closure of an account that is in good standing and has completed KYC, the balance of verified funds held in the account will be returned to you via your primary withdrawal method, less any amounts owed to 888fd. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements are not returnable. You may request voluntary account closure at any time via the Account Settings panel or by contacting 888fd live support.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, payment, or account action, you must contact 888fd support via live chat or email within 30 days of the disputed event. Please provide your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a full description of your concern. 888fd aims to provide an initial response to all disputes within 48 hours of receipt.

If you are dissatisfied with 888fd's resolution of a dispute, you may escalate the matter to 888fd's licensing authority in accordance with the applicable escalation procedure. Chargebacks initiated directly with payment providers, rather than through 888fd's dispute process, are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 888fd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: 888fd's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of 888fd's right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
